Why do people say that women cannot drive a car like a man?

Why do people say that women cannot drive a car like a man? Oh c’mon we are living in 21st century where men and women both are equal but still they point out the women’s driving. If a woman drives fast then people say that she is just showing off or if she drives slow then they say “Oh she’s too scared”. I have faced all of it. Have you?
